Email adri@fnkr.net. Please include your iOS version and what you were trying to do. Never send your account key or invite codes you don't want others to use.

Joining with an invite

  1. Open the invite link on your iPhone. If Adri is installed, it opens directly with the code filled in.
  2. If not, install Adri from the App Store, open it and choose Join with code.
  3. Enter or paste the eight-character code, for example K7QM-2XPD.

A code can expire, run out of uses or be revoked. If it doesn't work, ask the person who invited you for a new one.

Frequently asked questions

I got a new iPhone. How do I get my account back?

If iCloud Keychain is on, Adri signs in on your new iPhone automatically. Otherwise, sign in with the Apple ID or Google Account you connected. An account without a sign-in method and without iCloud Keychain exists only on its device.

Why don't I get notifications?

Check Settings → Notifications in Adri: it shows each category and whether iOS allows notifications for Adri at all.

Can I edit shifts in Google Calendar?

No. The calendar belongs to Adri. Changes made in Google Calendar are overwritten on the next sync. Make changes in Adri.

Someone has my ICS feed link.

Reset the link in the group's calendar settings in Adri. The old link stops working immediately.

Deleting your account

In Adri, open Settings → Delete account. You leave every group. Groups in which you are the only account are deleted. Your data is purged after 30 days. If you only want to leave a group, use Group → Leave group instead.

Exporting your data

In Adri, open Settings → Data export to save your account, or a group's data, as a JSON file. You can export your account once a day and each group once a day.

The file looks like this. IDs are as stored, times are RFC 3339 in UTC, and each group includes its time zone. A file ending in "complete": true is complete. Secrets and internal records are never included.

Holiday coverage

Holiday data comes from the OpenHolidays API: public holidays for 36 countries, mostly European plus Mexico, Brazil and South Africa, and school holidays for most of them. Coverage and accuracy depend on that source. If your country or region is missing or wrong, please report it to OpenHolidays.
