Terms of service
These terms apply to the Adri app and its online service (“Adri”), provided by Florian Kaiser (“we”). By using Adri you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Adri.
Further provider details will be available in Adri’s App Store listing when the app is released.
1. The service
Adri lets families and groups share recurring shift rotations, ask each other to cover or swap shifts, and optionally sync shifts to Google Calendar or an ICS feed. We may change, extend or discontinue features. We will announce significant changes in advance where possible.
2. Accounts
You can use Adri without a sign-in method or connect Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your devices, your iCloud Keychain and connected accounts secure. An account without a sign-in method can only be recovered through the account key in your iCloud Keychain. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
3. Groups and content
Content in a group – names, rotations, requests, messages – is entered by its members, who are responsible for it. Only enter information about other people, including children, that the group needs and that you are allowed to share. Owners and managers decide who belongs to a group and what members may change. Disagreements within a group are a matter for its members.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Adri to break the law, to harass others, to store content you have no right to share, or to interfere with the service, for example by automated access, circumventing limits or probing its security without permission.
5. Third-party services
Adri relies on services from Apple, Google and others (sign-in, push notifications, Google Calendar, holiday data from OpenHolidays). Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.
6. No guarantee for schedules
Adri helps organize schedules but cannot guarantee that they are complete, correct or delivered on time. Notifications, reminders and calendar sync can be delayed or fail, and holiday data can be wrong. Do not rely on Adri as the only source for critical care arrangements, such as who picks up a child. Confirm important handovers directly with the people involved.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes proper use of the service possible and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
8. Termination
You can stop using Adri and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms. If we discontinue Adri, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
9. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Adri after that, the new terms apply.
